Flag changed from horizontal display to verticalThe pervious horizontal image used had several issues some minor which can be corrected, which include a disconnected Northwest Angle. However the major issue is the awkwardness of the field and star set into the state. This is obvious from its File history and the many attempts to correct it. The current design of File:Flag map of Minnesota (2024).svg reduces the North Star very small size in an attempt to fit in the canton. The vertical flag display correct that.
