Michael J. Williams

I don't think that Michael J. Williams should be included in this list. Wahid Ali, Emmanuel Carter, Ganace Ramdial and Linda Baboolal have all acted as President. For that matter, is there a reliable source for the date that Clarke ceased to be President? I don't recall there being a period between Clarke and Hassanali.
