this temple is focus on Emergency medicine(EM) or Health science(HS)?
Health science is much more like a social science with theory and way to let peoples convinced
the Emergency medicine are much focus on diagnose & interaction.

two have a huge different on basic concept, so there is no reason merge to stuff in to one

Focus should be Emergency Medicine, and that is what the template should be there for.
