Fishy summary in Template history

As this (what I am wrting write now) is the first entry in the talk page, where is this "consensus" referred to below (copied from the template's history)?

Click on the link. The fact is that actors and crew members do not belong in navigation boxes for individual shows. That is the consensus at WP:ACTOR at least for now. BOVINEBOY2008 :) 14:18, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

With all due respect, there was not consensus for the original change. There is a reasonable number of names in the list, so it has been restored. It is not bloated, nor padded. The admitted "trigger happy" attempt to delete this template altogether shows that there was not objectivity in that change. Please do not delete again unless a consensus (i.e. more people on this discussion page) come to an agreement about a valid reason to make such a change.Njsustain (talk) 16:17, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have no problem taking others opinions, but the majority of people agreed with me on this position. It's all there in the discussion. This was the consensus before when I removed the cast and seems to be the consensus now. I'm sorry your opinion doesn't land in that category, but it happens sometimes.
