The temperatures are highest on average in February, at around 27.0 °C (80.6 °F), and lowest in July, at around 21.8 °C (71.2 °F). The highest temperature ever recorded in Sainte-Marie was 35.2 °C (95.4 °F) on 28 January 1993; the coldest temperature ever recorded was 12.8 °C (55.0 °F) on 25 August 1991.
