Saint-Georges-de-Chesné
Saint-Georges-de-Chesné (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ ʒɔʁʒ də ʃɛne]; Breton: Sant-Jord-Kadeneg) is a former commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany in northwestern France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Rives-du-Couesnon.[2] GeographySaint-Georges-de-Chesné is located 38 km (24 mi) northeast of Rennes and 49 km (30 mi) south of the Mont Saint-Michel. The adjacent communes are Vendel, Billé, Combourtillé, Mecé, Livré-sur-Changeon, Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier, and Saint-Jean-sur-Couesnon. Population
