Livingbridge is a mid-market private equity firm launched in 1995.[1] Headquartered in London, the firm also has offices in, Melbourne, Australia [2] and Boston, US.[3]

Livingbridge was known until November 2014 as Isis Equity Partners, but rebranded as it was "no longer prepared to share [its name] with a terrorist organisation".[4][5][6]

Since 1995 it has invested in over 100 UK businesses.[7]

Livingbridge invests across four sectors: technology, services, healthcare and consumer.[8][9]

In January 2000, Livingbridge acquired a 40% stake of UK based clothing company FatFace for £5 million.[10][11] In May 2005, Livingbridge sold its stake in FatFace to Advent International[12] for £110 million.[13]

In 2016 it raised £660m in its eighth fundraise, its largest to date. In April 2016 Livingbridge announced the sale of Frank Recruitment Group to TPG Capital.[14]

In 2017 Livingbridge won UK House of the Year at the 2017 Real Deals Private Equity Awards [15]

In March 2022, Livingbridge invested an undisclosed amount in Nourish Care, the Bournemouth-based digital care planning software provider to the UK social care sector.[16][17]
