Keshit (Persian: كشيت, also Romanized as Keshīt)[1] is a village in Amjaz Rural District, in the Central District of Anbarabad County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 46, in 10 families.[2]

History

The ruins of an ancient settlement near Keshit, sometimes referred to as the lost city of Keshit, have been the subject of archaeological interest. These ruins, are believed to date back to the late fourth and third millennia or possibly the Seljuk era around 1050 AD[3]
