Kazakhstan is scheduled to compete in the 2025 Asian Winter Games in Harbin, China, from February 7 to 14.[1][2] The Kazakhstani delegation is scheduled to consist of 138 athletes competing in all sports (ten) except snowboarding.[3]
During the opening ceremony, hockey player Adil Beketayev and short track speed skater Olga Tikhonova were the country's flagbearers.[4]

Kazakhstan qualified a men's hockey team of 23 athletes. The Kazakhstani team qualified after being ranked as one of the top 12 teams in Asia on the IIHF World Ranking as of May 2024.[6]
