John Taylor (rugby league)
John Taylor was a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1950s and 1960s. He played at representative level for Great Britain (non-Test matches) and Yorkshire, and at club level for Hull Kingston Rovers (two spells), Castleford and York, as a loose forward.[4] Playing careerInternational honoursJohn Taylor was selected for Great Britain while at Hull Kingston Rovers for the 1962 Great Britain Lions tour of Australia and New Zealand, becoming Hull Kingston Rovers' first Australasian tourist.
