Why I believe that this is not replaceable.

Hello and thank you for reading this, I believe this file is not replaceable because this is the only picture of Saleh Al-Qaraawi on the internet, and this photo was made for the press by the Egyptian Government, this is also not replaceable in text because a press photo AKA mugshot can't be replace in text or a text-like-image. He is currently in Egyptian max security prison, and there is currently no possible way to get another photo of him, and, as I said, the Egyptian Government posted this photo for the press. RowanJ LP (talk) 15:21, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
