Species of moth
Epermenia shimekii is a moth of the family Epermeniidae.[2] It is endemic to Japan[2] with records from Honshu (Gunma and Nagano Prefectures)[1] and Yakushima.[3]
The length of the forewings is 7–7.5 millimetres (0.28–0.30 in).[1]
Etymology
The species is named in honour of Mr. Shinji Shimeki, who collected the holotype.[1]
