This comprehensive mix of entertainment – from Qatar’s first VOX 4D cinema complex with 18 digital screens[7] to an Outdoor Leisure Trail space for exercise and cycling – is designed to appeal to all ages.[8] Doha Festival City is Qatar's first fully certified sustainable mall (Certification by GORD), receiving a 3-star GSAS Design & Build certification by the Gulf Organization for Research and Development (GORD).[9] The mall was built at a cost of QR6 billion (~$1.6 billion), and opened on 5 April 2017.[10] References
