Township in Indiana, United States
Concord Township is one of sixteen townships in Elkhart County, Indiana . As of the 2000 census , its population was 54,167.[ 4]
History
Concord Township was founded in 1830.[ 5]
The Joseph and Sarah Puterbaugh Farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.[ 6]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.86 square miles (95.5 km2 ), of which 36.15 square miles (93.6 km2 ) (or 98.07%) is land and 0.71 square miles (1.8 km2 ) (or 1.93%) is water.[ 4]
