Chýstovice
Chýstovice is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 40 inhabitants. Administrative divisionChýstovice consists of two municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2]
GeographyChýstovice is located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of Pelhřimov and 41 km (25 mi) northwest of Jihlava. It lies in the Křemešník Highlands. The highest point is at 570 m (1,870 ft) above sea level. The stream Martinický potok flows along the southern municipal border. HistoryThe first written mention of Chýstovice is from 1360. The village was founded around a guardhouse, which stood by the road to Prague.[3] Demographics
