Castricum railway station
Castricum railway station is located in Castricum, the Netherlands. HistoryThe station opened on 1 May 1867 as part of the Den Helder–Amsterdam railway. It was designed by Karel Hendrik van Brederode.[1] The station was renovated in 1912, 1969 and in 2021.[2] In the 2021 renovation the design focused on the relation with nearby Huis van Hilde and the tourism to the dune area.[3] Train servicesAs of 1 January 2024[update], the following services call at Castricum:
