A Love So Beautiful
A Love So Beautiful (Chinese: 致我们单纯的小美好; pinyin: Zhì Wǒ Mén Dān Chún De Xiǎo Měi Hǎo) is a Chinese streaming television series starring Hu Yitian and Shen Yue, based on the novel To Our Pure Little Beauty by Zhao Qianqian.[1] It aired on Tencent Video from 9 November until 7 December 2017.[2] The series was popular during its run, and received positive reviews for its characterization and story. It surpassed more than 10.5 billion views on its online streams.[3][4][5] PlotThe series focuses on two classmates at Chenxi Secondary School who have been friends since kindergarten: Chen Xiaoxi (Shen Yue), a bright and cheerful girl who does not do well at school; Jiang Chen (Hu Yitian), an introvert who is popular for his good-looking appearance and high school grades. Xiaoxi has a crush on Jiang Chen, who has been distant and indifferent towards people since his father's early death. Together with their friends — the funny yet dirty-minded Lu Yang, athletic but blunt Lin Jingxiao, and joyful national swimmer Wu Bosong — Xiaoxi and Jiang Chen prepare for their Gaokao, a university entrance examination, during their journey through secondary school and towards adulthood. The more Jiang Chen and Xiaoxi interact, the two eventually end up becoming a couple. CastMain
