The 2024–25 Nicholls Colonels women's basketball team represents Nicholls State University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Colonels, led by second-year head coach Justin Payne, play their home games at Stopher Gym located in Thibodaux, Louisiana as members of the Southland Conference.
