Notes
  1. ^
The match between Rogaška and Olimpija Ljubljana was not held.[4][5] The home side as the organizer of the event refused and was unable to meet the high financial demands of the local police to safeguard the event, which they have deemed as "high risk".[4][5] Olimpija advanced to the next round automatically.[4][5]
  2. ^
The match between Ilirija 1911 and Radomlje was originally scheduled to be played at the home venue of Ilirija 1911.[6] However, because the turf at their stadium was undergoing a renovation, the match was played in Radomlje.[6]

Round of 16

The draw for the round of 16 was held on 21 August 2015 at the headquarters of the Football Association of Slovenia in Ljubljana.[7][8] In this phase of the competition, the twelve clubs who advanced from the first round were joined by Celje, Domžale, Koper and Maribor.[7]
