Ōmisaki Station
Ōmisaki Station (大三東駅, Ōmisaki-eki) is a passenger railway station in located in the Ariake neighborhood of the city of Shimabara, Nagasaki. It is operated by third-sector railway company Shimabara Railway.[1][2]The station is believed to be the closest railway station to the seas around Japan.[3] LinesThe station is served by the Shimabara Railway Line and is located 34.1 km from the starting point of the line at Isahaya.[1] Station layoutThe station is on the ground level with two opposing unnumbered side platforms and two tracks.
