"Ako ang Batas" -Gen. Tomas Karingal is a 1990 Philippine biographical action film directed by Francis "Jun" Posadas. The film stars Eddie Garcia as the title role. The film is based on the life of Gen. Tomas Karingal.[1][2][3][4][5] The movie pictured Tomas Karingal during World War II serving as the chief of the Quezon City Police District.[4][6]
The film was producer Robbie Tan's entry to the 1990 Metro Manila Film Festival.[1]
