Distribució

Proterorhinus marmoratus és una espècie de peix de la família dels gòbids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.

Morfologia

• Els mascles poden assolir 11,5 cm de longitud total.[2][3]

Hàbitat

És un peix de clima temperat (4 °C-18 °C)[4] i demersal.[2]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba a Euràsia: Àustria, l'Azerbaidjan, Bulgària, el Canadà (introduït),[5][6] Txèquia,[7][8][9] Geòrgia, Alemanya, Grècia,[10][11][12][13] l'Iran, el Kazakhstan, Romania,[14] Rússia (introduït),[15][16][17] Sèrbia, Ucraïna, els Estats Units (introduït)[18] i l'Uzbekistan (introduït),[19] incloent-hi els rius i estuaris de la mar Negra, la Mar d'Azov i la mar Càspia.[20][2][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31]

Observacions

És inofensiu per als humans.[2]
