The Robe adalah sebuah film epik Biblikal Amerika 1953 yang mengisahkan kisah seorang tribun militer Romawi yang mengkomandoi unit yang bertanggung jawab atas Penyaliban Yesus. Film tersebut dirilis oleh 20th Century Fox dan dikenal karena menjadi film pertama yang dirilis dalam proses layar lebar CinemaScope.^[4] Seperti film-film CinemaScope awal lainnya, The Robe dibuat dengan lensa anamorfik Hypergonar asli oleh Henri Chrétiens.

Film tersebut disutradarai oleh Henry Koster dan diproduksi oleh Frank Ross. Skenario tersebut diadaptasi oleh Gina Kaus, Albert Maltz, dan Philip Dunne dari novel eponim tahun 1942 karya Lloyd C. Douglas. Musiknya dikomposisikan oleh Alfred Newman, dan sinematografinya dibuat oleh Leon Shamroy.

Film layar lebar pertama dalam lebih dari dua dekade tersebut dibintangi oleh Richard Burton, Jean Simmons, Victor Mature, dan Michael Rennie, dengan Dean Jagger, Jay Robinson, Richard Boone, dan Jeff Morrow. The Robe memiliki satu sekuel, Demetrius and the Gladiators (1954).
