Suku Balti adalah kelompok etnis keturunan Tibet yang telah bercampur dengan suku Dard dan tinggal di region Gilgit–Baltistan di Pakistan dan Kargil di India. Populasi yang lebih kecil dapat ditemui di region Leh; anggota-anggota suku lain tersebar di kota-kota besar Pakistan di Lahore, Karachi dan Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Suku ini menuturkan bahasa Balti yang tergolong dalam rumpun bahasa Tibetik. Sebagian besar anggota suku Balti menganut agama Islam Shia.
