Kyōka Izumi (泉 鏡花, Izumi Kyōka, 4 November 1873 – 7 September 1939), nama asli Kyōtarō Izumi (泉 鏡太郎, Izumi Kyōtarō), adalah nama pena dari seorang penulis novel, cerita pendek, dan drama kabuki Jepang yang aktif pada zaman sebelum perang.
Seperti Natsume Sōseki dan penulis Jepang lainnya dengan nama pena, Kyōka lebih dikenal dengan nama pena-nya ketimbang nama aslinya.
