Iwao Yamazaki (山崎巌code: ja is deprecated , Yamazaki Iwao) (16 September 1894 – 26 Juni 1968) adalah sworang pengacara, politikus, sekaligus menteri pada masa awal Shōwa di Jepang. Saudaranya, Tatsunosuke Yamazaki juga seorang politisi dan menteri kabinet, dan keponakannya Heihachiro Yamazaki kemudian menjadi anggota terkemuka Partai Demokrat Liberal pasca perang .
