Hanna-Barbera Productions
Hanna-Barbera Productions, Inc. (atau Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, Inc. , H-B Enterprises, Inc. , atau cukup dikenal dengan sebutan Hanna-Barbera ) adalah studio animasi Amerika Serikat yang aktif dari tahun 1944 hingga tahun 2001 . Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh MGM pada tahun 1944. Seteleh MGM menutup studio animasi tahun 1957, Hanna dan Barbera mulai bekerja dalam H-B Enterprises. Keputusan dibuat untuk berspesialisasi di televisi animasi. Dalam rangka untuk mendapatkan modal kerja mereka untuk menghasilkan kartun, HB telah bekerjasama dengan Screen Gems , unit dari Columbia Pictures . Serial TV H-B yang pertama adalah The Ruff & Reddy Show .
Pada tahun 1958, H-B memperoleh sukses besar dari serial The Huckleberry Hound Show yang melibatkan Huckleberry Hound dan Yogi Bear . Serial ini pernah mendapatkan penghargaan Emmy Awards .

Perusahaan ini juga pernah memproduksi serial bertema olahraga, Laff-a-Lympics , yang turut melibatkan Dynomutt , Dog Wonder , Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels . Produksi lainnya ialah Jeannie dan The Tom and Jerry Show .

Selain itu, perusahaan ini berperan aktif dalam pembuatan film The All-New Popeye Hour bersama King Features Syndicate . Pada tahun 1987, Taft Broadcasting berganti nama dengan nama baru, "Great American Broadcasting". Perusahaan ini juga pernah bekerjasama dengan Ruby-Spears . Pada tahun 1991 , perusahaan itu dipegang resmi oleh Turner Broadcasting System .
Pada tahun 1994 , Hanna-Barbera mulai memproduksi The What-A-Cartoon!Show (dikenal juga sebagai World-Premier Toons) dengan penayangan perdana di Cartoon Network tahun 1995 .
Pada 1996 , Time Warner membeli Turner Broadcasting. Banyak film animasi sejak tahun 1998 diproduksi oleh Cartoon Network Studios , termasuk Johnny Bravo , The Powerpuff Girls dan Dexter's Laboratory . Bill Hanna wafat pada tahun 2001 .
