Endopeptidase C30 dalam berbagai coronavirus, sering disebut "3C-like proteinase", merupakan familienzim yang ditemukan dalam poliprotein Coronavirus dan memotong polyprotein di dua situs pembelahan diri. Endopeptidase C30 adalah sisteina protease di bawah klan PA, klasifikasi MEROPS C30.
Komisi Enzim mencatat keluarga ini sebagai "proteinase utama SARS coronavirus" (Nomor EC: 3.4.22.69). Nama umum "3C" mengacu pada Enterovirus protease 3C.
