Gendun Gyatso Palzangpo, juga Gendun Gyatso (Tibet: དགེ་འདུན་རྒྱ་མཚོ།; Wylie: dge-'dun rgya-mtsho "Sublimely Glorious Ocean of Spiritual Aspirants", layname: Yonten Phuntsok) (1475–1542) adalah Dalai Lama kedua.

Ia lahir dekat Shigatse di Tanak, wilayah Tsang, Tibet tengah.
