Charlotte Despard (née French; 15 Juni 1844 – 10 November 1939) adalah seorang suffragist, sosialis, pasifis, aktivis Sinn Féin, dan novelis Inggris-Irlandia.^[3] Ia adalah anggota pendiri Women's Freedom League, Women's Peace Crusade, dan Irish Women's Franchise League, serta aktivis dalam sejumlah besar organisasi politik sepanjang hidupnya yang meliputi Women's Social and Political Union, Humanitarian League, Partai Buruh, Cumann na mBan, dan Partai Komunis Britania Raya.
