Asam glukuronat (bahasa Yunani: γλυκός "manis" + οὖρον "urin") adalah senyawa organik yang tergolong asam karboksilat. Struktur molekul asam glukuronat menyerupai glukosa, tetapi pada salah satu nomor karbon, gugus hidroksil tereduksi menjadi gugus karboksil.

Asam askorbat dan asam glukarat merupakan produk turunan dari asam glusuronat.[2]
