Edward Grey, 1st Viscount Grey of Fallodon, KG, PC, DL, FZS (25 April 1862 – 7 September 1933), yang lebih dikenal sebagai Sir Edward Grey (ia adalah 3rd Baronet Grey of Fallodon), adalah seorang negarawan Liberal Inggris. Pengikut dari "Liberalisme Baru",^[1] ia menjabat sebagai menteri luar negeri dari 1905 sampai 1916, masa jabatan berkelanjutan terlama dari orang manapun pada jabatan tersebut. Ia menandatangani Perjanjian Sykes-Picot pada 16 Mei 1916.^[2] Dijadikan bangsawan pada 1916, ia menjadi Duta Besar untuk Amerika Serikat antara 1919 dan 1920 dan Pemimpin Partai Liberal dalam Dewan Bangsawan antara 1923 dan 1924.
