Where should I check the Chinese name? On Wikidata? I will check the Chiness name on Wikidata first.
The author doesn't provide the host city and venue of individual championships, but give these info of team championships.

I think you may misunderstand the meaning of "Junior Division" in Hong Kong Annual Badminton Championships. According to the prospectus of 2024 edition, this tournament includes "Open Category" and "Middle Age Category". The "Open Category" is divided into three divisions: Senior, Intermediate and Junior. These divisions are based on the players' levels, which are determined by the HKA.

Thanks for helping. For 2003, the senior runner-ups are not given in a table, but in text only on page 14 [4]. All winners are listed first, but for MD there it is vice versa, i.e. Njoto and Liu are listed as first in the text.
