卡瑪卡瑪群(英語:Kem Kem Group),又稱卡瑪卡瑪地層或卡姆卡姆地層(Kem Kem beds)[2],舊稱卡玛卡玛组(Kem Kem Formation),是以摩洛哥和阿爾及利亞交界處為中心,遍布非洲西北部的一個地層單位,分為較年輕的都伊拉组(Douira Formation)與較古老的狮子山组(Gara Sbaa Formation),地質年代約為白堊紀中後期的森諾曼階[3]。許多恐龍的化石在此被發現[1],另外也包括魚類、烏龜、鱷魚和翼龍類的化石。
