There is a need for an innovation in poster designs as media of information against narcotics in society by adopting traditional art, especially wayang. Wayang, acknowledged by UNESCO on November 7th, 2003 could be combined with psychedelic art that started to rise in 1950s to 1970s in order to give new color to wayang art as well as to attract society to pay attention to the information conveyed. Its combination is based on people’s enthusiasm that almost forget their traditional art as a result of cultural globalisation.Keywords: Narcotics, Wayang, Psychedelic________________________________________________________________Diperlukan sebuah inovasi baru terkait media informasi poster anti narkoba dimasyarakat dengan mengangkat seni budaya tradisional, khususnya wayang. Wayang, yang telah disahkan oleh UNESCO pada 7 November 2003 dapat dikombinasikan dengan gaya seni psikedelik yang masuk dan berkembang sejak tahun 1950-an hingga 1970-an untuk memberikan warna baru pada kesenian wayang serta menjadi daya tarik masyarakat terhadap informasi yang disampaikan. Penerapan pengkombinasian ini didasarkan pada antusias masyarakat yang hampir melupakan kesenian tradisional karena dampak dari globalisasi budaya.Kata Kunci: Narkoba, Wayang, Gaya Seni Psikedelik
