Nice work on grind. I wrote the article & made a simple illustration to fill a request; it's so nice to see it being improved in a major way, after all this time!--Joel 23:58, 17 February 2007 (UTC) Knife shapesHi, FYI, I redid your nice drawing Image:Knife_styles.png as an SVG: Image:Knife_styles.svg. --TotoBaggins 22:01, 9 April 2007 (UTC) Hi, I noticed the article you made, Components of medieval armour, while checking the Special:Newpages for the usual spam/vandalism/copyvios. Just wanted to say, "very nice job" - makes a pleasant change to come across a great article in the list. All wheel drive helped considerably in the wet, although as the car crashed in monsoon wet coditions at that Bathurst it prooved that it only helped to a limited extent, but in the dry it actually hampered and Richards in particular disliked it. They had a good car, with great horsepower, really good budget and a superb team. By way of counter-example, it was only Australia where the Skyline GT-R was so dominant even though they raced in Japan and in Group N specification in Europe. To a large extent they were victimised by their car being 'different'. --Falcadore (talk) 00:27, 9 March 2008 (UTC) Plane wingtipsHi Waerloeg: Thanks for your info re: the plane wingtips at Flight feather. Cleveland contradiction?Hello. I was wondering what you mean by "contradictions" on The Cleveland Show page? Is it because at one point, it mentions strong ratings, yet disapproval later on? If this is so, it is very obviously possible. If many people are tuning in, it will get high ratings, but those same people may criticize. Some may watch as a filler between shows, and others may be hoping it gets better. Whatever the reason, it is possible for both strong ratings and criticism. If you could please respond, that'd be great. Thank you and happy editing. --HELLØ ŦHERE 21:16, 26 January 2010 (UTC) Hello Waerloeg. I see you just added a List of Gladiators types to this article. A couple of observations. You have not sourced the content you added. The article is otherwise thoroughly sourced and its content is cited (inline) to modern, reliable secondary scholarship. Any additions should be sourced likewise, according to the best principles of wikipedia editing. Otherwise, they can be removed. We already have an article, List of Roman gladiator types: it's fairly detailed and is linked to the Gladiator article but is in need of attention, being only partially cited to reliable scholarship. Some of the "types" are dubious. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement. Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.

However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale. If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. DMacks (talk) 22:37, 1 March 2018 (UTC) Speedy deletion nomination of Warhammer Age of Sigmar
A tag has been placed on Warhammer Age of Sigmar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.crayons.com.au/brands/games-workshop/age-of-sigmar. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here. If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
