Peaceray (talk) 16:05, 18 February 2023 (UTC) Annual readershipCould you explain why you are spamming the annual readership template into articles? That info is available on a history tab, and is not needed on talk pages, and adds talk page clutter. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 12:28, 24 February 2023 (UTC) June 2023Hi Real4jyy! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. None of these three edits were minor: [1][2][3]. See also WP:Copying within Wikipedia. TompaDompa (talk) 16:13, 22 June 2023 (UTC) Welcome to Wikipedia!Hello Real4jyy. I don't think you're violating any rules, as long as your edits were manual, and I'm sure this was in good faith. If you think the header would be useful on more pages than the documentation describes, we could talk about it on Template talk:Talk header. jlwoodwa (talk) 23:16, 28 July 2023 (UTC) Very long tagsHi Real4jyy, I noticed you've added a few Very long tags to some articles. I was wondering how you are determining the length for this, are you looking at prose length, visual article length, or something else? Thanks, CMD (talk) 07:57, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
Hello Real4jyy, it's a shame that @CMD and @Sanglahi86, who actually care, have to go through this regarding someone who doesn't seem to give a ****. I think I'll revert the rest of those edits and maybe you can answer the questions that were asked of you. Bringingthewood (talk) 23:04, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
Placement of PortalsPortals belong in §See also, unless the page lacks such a section. That's both the standard convention – as evidenced by their placement there across numerous Good and Featured articles – and as explained in WP:SEEALSO, which states the sections purpose is to sponge up internal links. Please stop converting regular portal templates into portal bar, then shuffling them away from view at the bottom of pages – Portals are not navboxen. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add Archiving requestHey, can you run the Internet Archive bot on this page : Starlink in the Russo-Ukrainian War. I wish I could do it, but I have an issue with using the bot that I never managed to solve because my help request has remained unanswered for over a month. thanks CodemWiki (talk) 17:06, 13 December 2023 (UTC) December 2023Hello, I'm Sohom Datta. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to DOM clobbering have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Sohom (talk) 19:02, 13 December 2023 (UTC) Ref formattingHi, I undid a few of your ref archiving edits because your way of formatting refs (i.e. you put |first1 = and |last1 = on separate lines instead of together in one) expands the reference source code way too much, which makes the references section very cumbersome to comb through in the source editor. So I'm asking you to edit the reference source code according to how they are already formatted, instead of expanding them. And by the way, I also reverted your "fixed layout" edit to 152830 Dinkinesh because they create too much empty white space in between sections and the fixed image sizes aren't friendly to small-screen users. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while. Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 06:50, 1 January 2024 (UTC) GAR closure vs lack of communication from nominatorRegarding Wikipedia:Good article reassessment/Towson United Methodist Church/1, I asked for clarification about the concerns mentioned in the GAR nom, with an eye towards fixing small stuff if there were only small items to fix. And was met with three weeks of silence, now followed by delisting with still no further comment. That seems like a broken process if nobody is willing to be specific about the concern. What is the basis for deciding how/if to fix it to the satisfaction of whoever raises the concern? DMacks (talk) 22:02, 18 February 2024 (UTC) GAR closureI'm not quite sure why you delisted Wikipedia:Good article reassessment/Northallerton/1. As is very clear from the article history, cleanup work has been ongoing for a number of weeks. Please reopen the reassessment ASAP, and try to look at article histories before closing GARs. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 16:17, 23 March 2024 (UTC)
Premature GAR Closure - Florida State University Main ArticleYou prematurely delisted the main article of Florida State University from GA status, which the article has had for years. I have reverted your delist and am requesting assistance from other editors to work the process properly. Your abrupt action without soliciting cooperation and collaboration in correcting and discussing the work is not helpful. Sirberus (talk) 15:03, 29 June 2024 (UTC)
WikiprojectHi, I see you've contributed a lot to Bigfoot, would you be interested in joining a taskforce on oral tradition? Kowal2701 (talk) 09:44, 28 July 2024 (UTC) Battle of the Yarmuk GAR closureWhen closing a GAR, it is conventional to ping anyone who has said they intend to work on it, not delist it suddenly. Matarisvan, would you like the GAR reopened? As an aside, this is now the fourth complaint on GAR closing from this year alone (see above). You need to take more care to act with full consideration when closing. Please acknowledge you have seen this comment. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 11:16, 30 September 2024 (UTC)
