Please note that the English Wikipedia uses 3 digits between commas, as per WP:DIGITS not the South Asian numbering system, as is explained at MOS:NUMERAL. I have wrote my view on talk page and what I read on the page that some of views were given by other editors before me also but I had to do it again due to some of the contents of the article of that time. I guess I have undone editing of a person who is not using the talk page. I don't know any option by which I can invite the person to the talk page, if there was any option known to me, I invited the person to the talk page. My edits are based on Indian government website and link/reference has been given on the article. Is there any option to invite another editor to talk page?
