I was wondering if you had the authority to change kbd.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Edittools. The alphabet insert links are incorrect: a Cyrillic (Ukrainian) «І» is used in place of palotchka «Ӏ» for all letters but Кӏу кӏу, which use a lower-case palotchka «ӏ» -- but the palotchka is unicase in all Caucasian wikis AFAICT. (On WP-kbd, there were only 7 article titles with l.c. palochka before I moved them, compared to 291 for upper-case.) So it looks like all palochkas need to be replaced with «Ӏ».
