If you legally own the copyright material, you may submit it probably with by e-mailing OTRS (the links provided should help) bearing in mind it needs to abide to our policies on WP:Notability and WP:NPOV. Note that you need to submit the material under GFDL which means anyone can modify and re-use the material, including for commecial purposes, provided they obide by the terms of the GFDL. Permission to use it on wikipedia is not enough.
