I agree. Last-name-first redirects are almost always sort name redirects, which are entirely appropriate to create. We have a template just for them - {{R from sort name}} - and an accompanying category structure, containing roughly 85,000 of these created by thousands of different editors. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Stop, please

Please stop nominating drafts of Flooded with them hundreds as G5. They do not qualify for G5 and it's become extremely disruptive at 85 nominations that I now have to rollback.
