He has pages in so many languages and he should have one in English. Very very soon I'll prepare one in Arabic. And at some later date in Armenian. Now that the page has been saved and notoriety established, it would be nice to add small stuffs to it based on the Russian pages etc. What we need immediately for example is English transliteration of the Russian singles titles. For example, instead of *Обручальная, that we have, we should say *Obrucsalnaja (Обручальная) leaving the Russian in parenthesis and the English transliteration as main. Can you do these for the page for the RUSSIAN singles titles in the English Wikipedia? The way it stands now is not correct in English Wikipedia for those who cannot read Cyrillic. You are blatantly removing this map under alleged claim of "POV" and not presenting any viable argumentation or reference in order to show how "POV" it is. You replace this map with the outdated one which is un-scholarly but i understand why this map suits your own POV, the border of Armenia are greatly extended into Caucasus. Instead of vandalizing this article and removing valuable maps, i appealed to you previously to cooperate rather than engulf in edit wars. If you dont cease from blatant removal of this map which does not suit your Armenian POV, I will appeal to administrators and report you as vandal and POV pusher. Moreover, this article will be locked until further resolution of the dispute.Iberieli (talk) 18:17, 24 March 2010 (UTC) Please stop your disruptive editing. 3rd OpinionHi Aregakn I don't want to derail our other conversation, so I'm replying to your last post here. Keep in mind, as I mentioned before, that I'm nobody in particular and nothing that I say is necessarily binding. I'm just trying to offer a third opinion in a dispute. So, with that out of the way, you said; "I want you to tell me if you are saying, that if, for instance, I make a historical map on my own, claiming it's referenced, and put it in an article of history somewhere you'll see it right and if yes, what are the bases?" I guess my view is that it's necessary in wiki for people to be able to create images without causing any problem with "The Rules". Generally speaking, it's difficult to get good images without breaching copyright. In the case of historical maps generally (I'm not talking about our specific case here), there is always ongoing research and the scholarly maps that are available may be quite old. They are also sometimes hard to understand for a modern reader. So, for those reasons, I would generally be inclined to agree that a created map, with proper referencing, is acceptable. Having said that, each case has to be considered on its merits. I don't think a created map should be dismissed out of hand, but I think that if there are two maps of equal merit, one published and the other created for wikipedia, then the published map should be preferred. You also made some comments on the created map as not showing the boundaries of the kingdom. I do think that it's an important factor, but I'm still making up my mind on the matter of the two maps. As I've said over there, I'll await any response from Iberieli (or whoever else might be interested) before replying. I think courtesy demands that I wait at least 48 hours from my last post. After that, I'll give my opinion in a bit more detail. Finally, I just wanted to say thank you for the civil and polite (and helpful!) way you've conducted yourself during our discussions. I can see that this means a lot to you and I'm pleased that you are making the effort to discuss the matter rationally. Cheers! Section heading cases at WPHello Aregakn. This is in regards to you undoing my edits of Armenian Genocide on 22/23 April, 2010, with your edit summary "In English language all words in headings are written with upper cases...". Go to most any page in Wikipedia, and you will note that almost all section and sub-section headings are in lower case, except for the 1st letter, proper names, titles, etc. For that matter, the article in question, as it stands now, has almost all heading words in lower case (for example at the bottom of the page, take a look at the headings, Further reading, Online resources, External links, Interactive media, etc, etc). The few words I did not change in this article's headings were ones I was not sure whether or not they were parts of titles. Leon7 (talk) 21:16, 23 April 2010 (UTC) If all (the majority of) the headings are wrong it doesn't mean others should be changed to that. Then editors have to work on correcting the wrong ones. There are rules in English language, aren't there? If I know them bad, I'd like others to correct me in this or other regards. Aregakn (talk) 07:51, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

Seto or AspetHi!
Sardur (talk) 05:25, 7 May 2010 (UTC) Pantheism and the god PanHi Aregakn. I can see you are a serious editor, so let me explain my removal of the reference top the God Pan in detail. Clearly the Greek word Pan can mean the god Pan. Or it can mean the prefix pan, meaning "all." These are two very distinct and different meanings. So the question is which meaning is relevant to the word pantheism? Has the god Pan got anything to do with pantheism so as to justify inclusion in the Wikipedia article? Here's the evidence. CURRENT USAGE First, note that no dictionary gives "worship of the god Pan" as one of the meanings of the word pantheism. So the god Pan is irrevelant from that point of view. ETYMOLOGY The word pantheist was first used in English in 1705 by John Toland and was a fresh neologism at the time - it was never used in classical times. Therefore the intent in Toland's mind is the key factor. Toland defined a pantheist a person "who has no other Eternal Being than the Universe." Clearly it was pan as a prefix meaning "all" that was Toland's intent. He made no reference to the god Pan either here nor in his later work Pantheisticon. So from an etymology standpoint the "god Pan" meaning of the pan part of pantheism is irrelevant. It is quite confusing for readers who may be encountering pantheism for the first time to read that the god Pan has anything whatsoever to do with it. The reference 3 that you found is just plain misguided. The Rev Bert Gary is a student of biblical matters and is not a scholar of classical Greek or of pantheism. He does not even mention the correct etymology for pantheism. --Naturalistic (talk) 16:48, 7 May 2010 (UTC)

Khojaly MassacreDear Aregakn, I'm trying to push forward to change the name of the article to Khojaly events, providing reliable third-party sources about what happened in Khojaly: [10], Interview with president Ayaz Mutalibov conducted by the Czech journalist Jana Mazalova in Moscow, published in Nizavisimaya Gazeta, 2 April 1992, Moscow. Need your support and assistance. Thanks. Kevorkmail (talk) 05:32, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
Map of Armenia & Azerbaijan 1918-1920Democratic Republic of Armenia Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan Hi, I was looking for some support, I'd like you to come check this out. I want to include a map of the first republic of Armenia (from 1918-1920). From 1918 to 1919, Armenia and Azerbaijan were at war. Borders were not set. Therefore, it's difficult to have a map that's accurate. I made a comprehensive map that shows all the territory that Armenia had stable control over (Yerevan, Kars, Sevan and Gyumri). The rest of the territory that Armenia claimed is separated into two parts. Regions that were mostly under Armenian control, and regions mostly under Azerbaijani control. These are territories that both Armenia and Azerbaijan claimed, and warred over, and the borders often changed. This includes Zangezur, Nakhichevan, Karabakh. My map is sourced by a non-Armenian source, and it even uses contemporary maps of the time to prove it. This site perfectly explains the situation of the time (non-Armenian source): http://conflicts.rem33.com/images/Armenia/disp.htm A user named Neftchi continuously removes my map using the usual "Nakhchivan, Zangezur and Karabakh have always been Azerbaijani" rhetoric. But I have material to prove him wrong, therefore, I started a discussion on the article to argue about it. I presented all of my arguments, and he hasn't written a word to discuss with me. Instead, he just started an edit war with me, and when he realized I'm not giving up without an argument, he decided to put a map of Azerbaijan that includes ALL territories Azerbaijan claimed at the Paris Peace conference. That map is extremely inaccurate, as it completely ignores the territories Armenian militia controlled. Borders weren't recognized at the time, only the governments were, because Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan were all at war. Only proposals were made, and they were still being discussed when the Soviet Union conquered the Caucasus, and set the borders themselves. So I removed his map using the argument that it is biased, and that it ignores the Armenian side. Please compare: I could have done like him and posted a map that includes all territories Armenia claimed, but that would have been biased. Instead, I posted a map that shows what each side controlled. At least my map doesn't assume that everything Armenia claimed actually belonged to Armenia. My map: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:D_R_Armenia.png His map: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Azerbaijan_Democratic_Republic_1918_20.png Tell me which one is more objective? And he says my map is not sourced. He clearly hasn't read the "Source" of my map. Plus he doesn't even take the time to discuss, he just imposes his views without a single word of argument. Something must be done here. I don't mind making an objective map of Azerbaijan as well. But it would be good if it wasn't ignorant people with a political agenda, but those with an interest in historical facts to make the final decisions on what maps should be used. The would be solution Hayasa and Azzi articles writing. It is like if Scotland and Wales only Great Britain interpreted article. I not writing on the enwiki, sometimes only small correction. But the interwiki links bad to the future. Laszlovszky András (talk) 09:22, 13 May 2012 (UTC) Formal mediation has been requestedThe Mediation Committee has received a request for formal mediation of the dispute relating to "Georgian Orthodox Church". As an editor concerned in this dispute, you are invited to participate in the mediation. Mediation is a voluntary process which resolves a dispute over article content by facilitation, consensus-building, and compromise among the involved editors. After reviewing the request page, the formal mediation policy, and the guide to formal mediation, please indicate in the "party agreement" section whether you agree to participate. Because requests must be responded to by the Mediation Committee within seven days, please respond to the request by 17 May 2012. Discussion relating to the mediation request is welcome at the case talk page. Thank you. Inconvenient time to postAregakn, Could you please remove the entire post from my talk page that you left. There is a big enough notice to show that I am grieving right now, after my mother passed away a few hours ago, and your post is enough to send me suicidal. I'm actually quite ashamed of your insensitivity there. I'm at the stage where I can;t sleep right now, as I am in shock, and all I want to do is just read and take my mind off things. Your post has just infuriated me, due to the bad timing. Thanks Wesley☀Mouse 02:04, 13 May 2012 (UTC)
Something is wrong here, folks. DIdn't want to tell this but seeing this discussion cannot stay away. First of all, wiki is not a space to come and pour your frustration or grieving out on others or on articles, which in my opinion took place. We are here to contribute to the information and there is no rule or requirement to bind our activities to a limit requested by a member. Secondly, when people have a tragedy, they are even sent home from work and it is seen as normal. This also implies the remark I notices on the talk-page (thought a bit late). So it is natural to think that the editor might be away or not want to strike all around. Thirdly, I don't think speaking like "I am so ashamed of you..." etc. is proper here. Nobody gave another editor the right to judge my moral and personality and it is even count as an attack on an editor. I think not reading the upper part of the talkpage of a user each time you open it, if you have been opening it several times recently, is quite normal and expected. This kind of judgemental attack on moral to an action usual for WP (posting a message about a dispute) and a request to delete a message from his own talkpage, when he can do it himself, is a show to drag into a feeling of guilt. Moreover, the wording "...and your post is enough to send me suicidal"... Heh?!?? Can anybody explain the goal of this sentence? And right after this he is involving himself in an off-topic, unproductive accusations and attacks on the talkpage of Georgian Orthodox Church on Meowy. My message was telling he had disrupting and unproductive participation on that topic which he confirmed once again with his actions. Sorry folks. No way the psychological condition can justify this continuous disruption of the work of part of the community and if you track the above story, you would probably agree. The only reason I did not comment it this way was the sympathy for the tragedy of a person. Still this cannot continue. Aregakn (talk) 22:14, 15 May 2012 (UTC)

I have no irritation towards the citizens of Armenia or Azerbaijan, just their governments, and those who represent them who make Wikipedia a battleground. AregaknIts me Patrick from Glendale, did you get my email on Nibiru (Pokr Mihr-Hayk-Orion winged sun AR etc etc?) 75.51.165.163 (talk) 07:52, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
Its me Patrick, isnt your birthday November 22, 1976? You've been over my house with Armen, and I posted in a couple of forums about Armenian history, you know who I am now? My IP changed cause I have a dynamic IP service. So, did you get my email? Because I tried to contact you via email but I didnt get a reply back yet from you. You dont know another Patrick in Glendale that is really into Armenian history and culture now do you? So you know who I am. I also watched Hovik Nersessian (Armenian historian) from Vartanank, Aravot, and Hye Toon shows few years ago. 75.51.161.146 (talk) 03:51, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
Ok, so you are not the person I thought you were? By the way I didnt message other Armenian users on Wikipedia, just so you know. I only figured you were the person I was thinking you were? So you are not born that date i gave you above? Right? By the way I did email the person back, asking him whether he was the user Aregakn or not. He hasnt replied yet to my email, and I do need to really talk to you if you are really the person I think you are, and whether you watched those videos i sent you. To make another point, the way you have discussed in the talk pages sounds very similar if not exactly the person I know of. Also the timing you chose to discuss in talk page of the Georgian Church article, April 23, was a very familiar date that is strongly linked with you. So please if you are the person I think you are, please reply to my email? I want to talk to you again. Thanks. We have ignored each other for too long, now would be a good time to talk to each other again. 75.51.161.146 (talk) 21:39, 6 November 2012 (UTC)
You still havent answered my question. Are you born on that date I gave you or not? Whats so hard to answer that question? The fact that you cant say a simple no, makes me curious if you just trying to lie to me or what? Why cant you just answer my email? You dont have to answer here, just answer the email. Also, looking at your user page, I see the same interests that I have, meaning the person that I think that its you has that interests also. And Im not just talking about one topic there in your user page icons etc. 75.51.161.146 (talk) 22:34, 8 November 2012 (UTC)
I need a favor? Can you help me out regarding some issue I have with the user who goes by the name KentronHayastan (Heart of Armenia). As you know anyone can pick a nice looking Armenian name and pretend they are doing good to the articles. But, if you watch his edits carefully, he is in fact a POV agenda guy probably working for Turks and Azeri Turks here in Wikipedia. Please look at the following I mentioned to him regarding the Template:History of Armenia: Please do me a favor? Will you look here please --> History of Iran. Do you see the template and the "ANCIENT" part on top? Do you see it begins with 3200 BC? If as you know Persians dont exist in 3200 BC, and they have "ANCIENT" mentioned there, than we can have "ANCIENT" mentioned there also. By the way, I didnt even notice the History of Iran template at that time I put the same word, later I checked and noticed it says the same word up there in the 3200 BC etc etc time. You see, he is trying to not have Ancient to be mentioned there , where clearly Persians didnt exist in Proto-Elamite period of the 3200 BC mentioning of Ancient, instead of the word Prehistory. He is putting "Ancient Armenia" from the time the Kingdom of Armenia (Antiquity) begins , and nothing earlier than that. I put Ancient in the time where it begins with Hayk 3rd millenium BC, as I mentioned above regarding Iran's history Ancient mentioned there. But, he reverts this and puts "Prehistory". The fact he is so against the use of the word Ancient, and me knowing that it should say Ancient, proves he is not true for correcting Armenian history. He is also changing how the template use to be like, as in the info not the style. He is not even wanting the word "Kingdom" to be mentioned in the Antiquity time. Also, if you go to Wikipedia's Armenian Empire, it takes you to the antiquity Kingdom of Armenia. But this guy tells me its wrong to put the Kingdom of Armenia in the template where it should be properly put. And another point, if you notice the Armenian Empire page, and Bagratuni kingdom, and just about any article you can find on Armenian history, where the language was always "Armenian", he starts to put all the other languages next to it, and even putting other religions, in a time where other religions didnt dominate Armenia. He is putting anything that is POV pushing and puts "foreign ruling" peoples in the main Armenian kingdom articles. So if you can, please help to revert back to the original stable version of the articles? Thank you. 75.51.164.190 (talk) 01:51, 10 November 2012 (UTC) He even tries to change Orontid Dynasty Satrapy of Armenia to Proto-Armenian language. When this is cleary never has been Proto-Armenian, and was always mentioned there Armenian. He is trying to argue that during the Armenian Kingdom of antiquity it was Classical Armenian or Proto-Armenian, but the fact is, it was always mentioning of Armenian, and not the other new additions he recently is trying to change the stable articles. I told him its not needed to specify the Armenian categories of language, the history is all covered in the Armenian language page already, so when we say "Armenian", it means any of the ancient Armenian forms etc. Please check this guys edits, as I dont have an account now it the locked articles to revert his new additions of POV pushing the Armenian history , language, culture etc. 75.51.164.190 (talk) 02:01, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
Regarding some recent Armenian article changesThis user who goes by the name of Kentronhayastan [11], Ive noticed his edits for a while now, and they are not exactly describing who he really is. I mean to clarify to you, what im saying is if you notice his edits on the Armenian articles, he pretends he is doing good to the Armenian history, but in fact, he is corrupting it in a clever way. He is an imposter actually. I noticed for example he added a whole bunch of foreign languages to all the articles on our history, and someone else did a good job of reverting those. He basically is POV pushing just about any time in our history articles of foreign rule. He tried to put Islam in all the history articles, hah, and included like 10 other languages, where it says languages. The person that reverted him did a good job and restored the native language Armenian to be the only main language of those times. Specially the Kingdoms of Armenia , whether they were Ancient, or the Modern kingdoms like Bagratuni, and the Antiquity. He also had purposely removed the Marzpanate Mamikonian period, and the other person asked him to restore it back. Also if you can help out please restore back where it says "Armenia Major" in the Antiquity, to "Kingdom of Armenia", this is what it said earlier and this guy Kentronhayastan reverted it back to Armenia Major. Its suppose to say Kingdom of Armenia, because the only Kingdom of Armenia mentioned first is in the Middle Ages. Its showing that there was no Kingdom of Armenia in ancient times? If you notice he recently also changed Commagene to "Kingdom of Commagene", but didnt change Armenia Major to "Kingdom of Armenia". Please put back the name "Kingdom of Armenia", in our antiquity. Thank you. And if you can also remove Armeno-Phrygian from the History template also, because that was never there, and this imposter which im suspicious of is trying to ruin our history. Also he tried to change the language of the Orontid period, by saying it was Proto-Armenian, it was never Proto-Armenian, and everyone excepts that that was earlier than that time. 66.81.159.105 (talk) 07:11, 15 November 2012 (UTC) Also he is the one that made the new image for the Template [12], the one with the Armenian eternity symbol and Mount Ararat with Khor Virap there in that image on the Template History of Armenia. It use to be the Coat of Arms of Armenia, but now he put this new one which is good. But he wants to restore back the Coat of Arms, when he himself made this new image. He is purposely doing this just to ruin Armenian history and culture. Please vote to keep the new image of eternity symbol and Ararat , instead of the Coat of Arms, which is only about the Modern history. This image is better cause its about all the History etc etc. So when he puts, of if he puts a vote, please vote for the current image on the template. Thanks for your help. 66.81.159.105 (talk) 07:15, 15 November 2012 (UTC) Regarding Hayk/OrionHere is the discussion regarding Hayk/Orion, hope you can help out also if needed. Thanks. "The previous person with the 166.x.x.x is not me. He readded the correct information, by the way which was already there a long time before Ian.Thomson removed it 2 days ago. I was adding info to the Hayk article, what was "already" here a long time ago in the Orion constellation article. It is a fact, in the Armenian pantheon there were more than one god worshipped as a Sun god. Ian.thomson is not an expert on Armenian mythologies and Armenian astronomical knowledge. At different periods of Armenian history, it was a different god worshipped as a Sun god. Also at different locations of the Sun's path, was still referred to as a Sun god. As I mentioned to him earlier when Orion rises with the Sun in the East, this Sun god is Hayk/Orion, which is also known as the "Heliacal Rising" of Orion, which is mentioned in Hyeetch's site [13] of the Solar Calendar of Hayk/Orion of the Armenians. The other Sun god is when the Sun is at the Highest place in heaven, that was also worshipped as a Sun god under a different gods name, not the Hayk/Orion god and star(s). The astronomical side of this is that Orion aligns with the Sun once a year, where Orion's arm is located, the Sun passes it, and thats where the ancients coined the term "Solar Hero" Orion. Also check the Orion (mythology), page. Orion is associated and in conjunction with the rising Sun. He is also mentioned there as the example of the Solar Hero. 76.232.255.111 (talk) 18:36, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
Reply backOk, it doesnt matter if you are that person, what matters is you have the same interests as me. I had asked you if you can do me a favor and revert Armeno-Phyrgians from the History of Armenia template, which was never there. If you noticed it was put there just 2 weeks ago for the new template style. I asked user Moosh88 to revert, and he did, but forgot to give the reasons. So can you please remove it from the template? I cant, cause i have been blocked, and this isnt even my IP, im at a cousins house with cellphone etc etc. Thanks for your help. 166.216.226.192 (talk) 06:35, 27 November 2012 (UTC)
