It's a cross-project collaborative consensus among WP:CBBALL and WP:CFB - the two most active and prevalent college sports WikiProjects, regarding the fact that no individual people are to be listed on team navboxes. The structure and sections in place are also to prevent fanboys from coming on and altering their team navbox in such a way that destroys the unity and consistency of thousands of these (thousands meaning in both the college basketball/football projects combined). @Jrcla2: Be that as it may, I have yet to find any clear consensus on what format to use (apparently the views expressed at the College Football WikiProject are even more contentious than the discussion I linked above). That said, I'm not looking to upend your efforts, and I don't have a problem with keeping individual people out of this template. I've moved the Ohio State radio network to the "Culture & lore" field-- I'm assuming you'll find this acceptable as you have yet to remove it from the {{Syracuse Orange men's basketball navbox}}.
