Mister Venezuela 2003 was the 7th edition of the Mister Venezuela competition, held on July 26, 2003, at the Estudio 1 de Venevisión in Caracas, Venezuela.

At the end of the event, Daniel Navarrete of Vargas titled his successor Andrés Mistage of Carabobo as Mister Venezuela 2003.[1]

The 1st Runner-Up position went to Jacinto Oropeza of Delta Amacuro.
