At the end of the event, Ernesto Calzadilla of Distrito Federal titled his successor Alejandro Otero of Distrito Federal as Mister Venezuela 1999.[ 3] [ 4]
The 1st Runner-Up position went to Ezzio Cavallaro of Miranda .
