Laetesia paragermana
Laetesia paragermana is a species of sheet weaver endemic to New Zealand.[1] TaxonomyThis species was described in 2003 by A.D. Blest and Cor Vink from a female specimen.[2] The holotype is stored in Te Papa Museum under registration number AS.000150.[3] DescriptionThe female is recorded at 2.65mm in length. This species has a pale brown prosoma, pale brown legs and dark grey abdomen that has a chevron pattern dorsally.[2] DistributionThis species is only known from Northland, New Zealand.[2] Conservation statusUnder the New Zealand Threat Classification System, this species is listed as "Data Deficient" with the qualifiers of "Data Poor: Size", "Data Poor: Trend" and "One Location".[4] References
