1864 Massachusetts legislature
The 85th Massachusetts General Court , consisting of the Massachusetts Senate and the Massachusetts House of Representatives , met in 1864 during the governorship of John Albion Andrew .[ 2] Jonathan E. Field served as president of the Senate and Alexander Hamilton Bullock served as speaker of the House.[ 3]
