William Nevins Armstrong
William Nevins Armstrong (10 Maret 1835 – 16 Oktober 1905) alias Nevins Armstrong alias W. N. Armstrong, adalah Jaksa Agung Hawaii pada masa pemerintahan Raja David Kalākaua. Ia paling dikenal di luar Hawaii karena buku Around the World with a King, catatan sudut pandangnya dari tur dunia Raja Kalākaua pada 1881.
Kehidupan pribadi
Ia menikahi Mary Frances Morgan pada 10 April 1867. Istrinya meninggal sebelum dia pada 1903.[1] Pasangan tersebut tinggal di sebuah rumah di Virginia, dan memiliki seorang putri bernama Dorothy, dan tiga putra yang masing-masing bernama Matthew, Richard dan Kalani.
Armstrong terserang penyakit hati selama beberapa tahun, dan dirawat di Garfield Hospital, Washington D. C. pada 15 Oktober 1905.[2] Ia dikremasi, dan abunya dipulangkan ke Hawaii dan dikuburkan di samping orangtuanya di pemakaman Gereja Kawaiahaʻo.[3][4]
