Prusy Królewskie (bahasa Jerman: Königlich-Preußen atau Preußen Königlichen Anteils) atau Prusia Polandia[1] (bahasa Polandia: Prusy Polskie;[2] Jerman: Polnisch-Preußen[3]) adalah bagian dari provinsi Polandia Raya di Persemakmuran Polandia-Lituania yang diambil dari wilayah Negara Ordo Teutonik. Wilayah ini mencakup distrik-distrik berikut: Pomorze (Pomorze Gdańsk) dengan Danzig (Gdańsk), Tanah Chełmno ('Kulmerland) dengan Tanah Michałów (Michelauer land) dan Toruń (Thorn), mulut sungai Vistula dengan Elbląg (Elbing) dan Malbork (Marienburg), serta Keuskupan Warmia (Ermland) dengan Olsztyn (Allenstein ). Berdasarkan Perdamaian Thorn Kedua (1466), distrik-distrik tersebut diserahkan kepada Kerajaan Polandia.[4] Hingga tahun 1569 Uni Lublin memiliki otonomi yang besar. Setelah tahun 1569, Prusy Królewskie diperintah secara langsung oleh Mahkota Kerajaan Polandia di Persemakmuran Polandia-Lituania.

Ibu kota Prusy Królewskie terletak di kota Poznań.[5]
