Philip David Ochs (; 19 Desember 1940 – 9 April 1976) adalah seorang penulis lagu dan penyanyi protes Amerika (atau, sesuai keinginannya, penyanyi topikal). Ochs dikenal karena kecerdasannya yang tajam, humornya yang sinis, aktivisme politik, liriknya yang seringkali aliteratif, dan suaranya yang khas.
